The rift is open. The past returns. The violence awaits you.

Bia
May 9, 2026 Infernalia The Spire - Pentgouse

Timing is Everything

The penthouse apartment in The Spire was unlike anything Bia had ever seen. At least when it came to her time stuck in the nightmare hellscape that was Anthropolis in 3026. It was like she was back home again, in 2026, with all of its indulgent perks and benefits. She had been in plenty of expensive hotel rooms during her time as a successful professional wrestler. But in Anthropolis? Working as a heavy for Sully at the Copper Basin? Hell, she didn’t think anything so decadent still existed.

Down on the ground level, in amongst the grease and grim and filth. Down where you get dirty no matter what you did, places like this were nothing more than a pleasant dream. A place to escape to when the crushing reality weighs so heavily upon you. And yet…and yet, it was still real. It still existed. Just well beyond the feeble grasp of the unwashed masses.

Bia: “Mmmm…that feels good…”

Bia’s accent is heard, her voice soft and delicate. A far cry from the vicious screams of war she usually uttered. Bia laid back, relaxing in the large spacious tub big enough to accommodate her. The warm, clean water filled with essential oils and a copious amount of bubbles did their best to soothe any leftover pain, stress, or apprehension out of the warrior fresh off her debut victory over Tyler Anderson at Infernalia 6. But whatever was left, the strong hands of the man seated at the foot of the bath were working to remove.

Slave 1: “Does it?”

He asks, as he massaged the muscled bubble covered lower right leg and foot that Bia had hung lazily over the edge of the tub. She nods her head in affirmation, eyes closed with a smile on her face.

Bia: “Mmmmhm…you have very talented hands mate.”

She opens her eyes, finding the tall handsome man in plain black tunic and black slacks. Freddie wasn’t joking when he had told her that he’d take care of everything.

Slave 1: “I’m glad they meet your approval Ms. Blythe. I was told to ensure you were in the best mental and physical shape for your upcoming match with Yuri.”

Bia grins as she playfully lifts her other foot out of the water. She rests it on the water spout before suggestively sliding it back and forth along the metal.

Bia: “Oh I’m sure you know all sorts of fun ways to help a girl relax.”

Slave 2: We’ve both been fully trained Ms. Blythe.”

Another voice speaks from behind her, Bia’s attention and head turning as another man comes up behind her. He looks identical to the man massaging her. The surprise on Bia’s face is evident.

Bia: “Twins?”

Slave 2: “Yes ma’am…now, just lay your head back for me.”

Bia tilts her head back, her cheeks flushing as she realises how he’s sitting on a stool. His legs spread wide to allow him closer proximity to the tub and her head which was resting over the edge. His hands quickly find her neck.

Bia: “Ooooooh yeeeeeeah…”

She purrs as slowly begins working the muscles he cradles her head in his hands. Bia could feel herself beginning to doze off before a third voice, stern and gruff, breaks through the fogginess in her head.

Sully: “Oh for fucks sake!”

Bia’s eyes shoot open, her boss standing in the archway to the spacious bathroom, arm crosses like a disapproving father. Bia groans in annoyance.

Bia: “Bloody crackerjack timing you got Sully, cheers.”

The two slaves gently let Bia go as she shifts herself in the tub. Sully walks into the room, the irritation radiating off him. The two slaves look at each other, then to Sully and back to Bia who has already relegated herself to the talk that was forthcoming. She gestures to the slaves.

Bia: “Can you boys give us a tick? Old mate here and I need to have a yarn. Give us ten…and when you come back, could youse bring a fruit platter.”

She gives them her sweetest smile as they nod silently. Sully just rolls his eye as they depart.

Sully: “What the fuck is all this then?!

He shouts gesturing around them.

Bia: “Part of my contract Sully…Jesus Christ.”

Bia stands, totally uncaring of the older man in her presence. Sully immediately turns away as Bia lets the excess water roll off her.

Sully: “Fuck! I hate it when you do that Blythe!”

Bia: “Oi! You’re the one bargin’ in ‘ere mate and interruptin’! Cop it sweet sunshine.”

She growls as she steps out of the tub. Quickly grabbing a robe and throwing it over herself. Sully dare himself to look, and turns fully once he sees she’s covered.

Sully: “I cannot believe you’ve bought into all this bullshit.”

Bia: “I haven’t bought in to anythin’ mate! They want me to fight, Imma fight. It’s that simple.”

Sully: “Did you check out this Yuri person? They did a real number on Dangerous Dan.”

Bia nods. The debut was impressive.

Bia: “Of course I did! It’s all anyone was talkin’ out. The new fighter who took it to the Paramount Champion. But I ain’t Dan, am I mate? Eh? Yeah nah. Ain’t no way they’re gettin’ one over on me. People can say the only reason I beat Tyler was cuz his brother was out there distractin’ him. But when I beat this Yuri? Ain’t gonna be no questions. Ain’t gonna be no excuses. Ain’t gonna be no distractions. There’s just gonna be chaos and brutality and a reality check for our friend Yuri. Dan ain’t the only one “dangerous” around this joint.”

Sully sighs.

Sully: “Just…don’t get cocky, ok?”

Bia: “Cocky? Me? Never.”

Bia laughs and gestures her head to the tub.

Bia: “You should give her a spin Sully. They actually have clean, hot water mate.”

Sully: “You want me to get in there after you?”

Bia laughs.

Bia: “You have any idea how many fans in the Colosseum would pay to do that? I’m lettin’ you for free cus your me mate.”

Sully chuckles and shakes his head.

Sully: “You’re fucked Blythe. Well and truly fucked
